Shipping and returns

Your order will generally leave the warehouse after 2 to 4 business days. Your package will then arrive at your home in 2 to 7 days in Québec and 3 to 9 business days elsewhere in Canada.

Orders are validated on the same day, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, or on the following day. Preparation of the parcel begins once payment has been confirmed and takes 2 to 4 working days. Please note that preparation may take longer depending on reasons beyond our control.

Coifferie.com will try to deliver your order as soon as possible after acceptance. Delivery will be handled by Canada Post, Canpar or Nationex and you can track your package directly on the Canada Post or Nationex website using the tracking code that will be sent to you by email.

Delivery times are 2 to 7 business days in Québec and 3 to 9 days elsewhere in Canada. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except on statutory holidays. Please note that delivery may take longer for certain items or under certain conditions beyond our control. Delivery exclusively within Canada.

The risk of loss and title to the goods purchased pass to you when we hand them over to the carrier. We are not responsible for theft or loss of products upon delivery. It is your responsibility to be present at the time of delivery and/or to send the package to a safe place.

If no one is at the address on the parcel when it is delivered, the carrier will leave it at the door or in the letterbox. The carrier may leave a delivery note; you must collect it from the post office.

Orders exposed to the cold

Were you not present when your parcel was delivered, and your products froze? If this happens, leave the products in the box at room temperature; they will thaw naturally and the ingredients will not be altered. Do not shake the bottles; handle them with care.

Unclaimed parcels

If the carrier fails to deliver the item as scheduled, it will be sent to a post office for pickup. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to pick up your item or check the status of the delivery using the tracking number we have provided by email.

When you go to the post office to collect your parcel, you must present the following documents:

  1. Delivery notice
  2. Official photo ID with address

ATTENTION: You will have a maximum of 10 working days to collect your parcel from the post office. Once this period has elapsed, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. We will have to proceed with the cancellation and refund of your order, less the initial delivery charges. If you wish us to return the parcel to you, you will have to pay the delivery charges.

Wrong address

If the customer provides an incorrect address (e.g.: apartment number not indicated) and the package is returned to Coifferie.com's shipping center, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs so that we can reship the package.

If the parcel is returned to us for an incorrect address and the customer refuses to pay the reshipment costs, the order will be reimbursed minus the shipping costs paid by Coifferie.com for the initial shipment.

If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is delivered to this address, Coifferie.Com is not responsible. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information is correct and to assume responsibility for any error.

Product pickup

Warehouse pickup is free of charge and can be selected when finalizing your order. When the order is ready, you will receive an email, and an advisor will contact you to set up an appointment to pick up the package during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.).

When customers arrive for their appointment at the following address, they must ring the doorbell or call 418 527-8777 to confirm their presence. A clerk will hand over their order.

Returns and exchanges policy

We hope that all items purchased from Coifferie.com give you complete satisfaction. Considering the nature of our products and health standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products, tools and instruments. Coifferie.com cannot assume responsibility for a person who does not like the product purchased through the online store. Since reactions to our products are individual and depend on many factors over which we have no control, we cannot guarantee universal satisfaction. By confirming your purchase, you accept these general conditions of sale and acknowledge that the selected products meet your specific expectations and needs. All products purchased through Coifferie.com are final sale.

We will only exchange items that have been damaged in delivery, defective or damaged prematurely. If you would like an exchange for a similar case, please contact us by email at [email protected] to open a ticket and make arrangements for the exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include a photo of your invoice and a photo of the product in question. The procedure is the same if you notice an error in your order. You can send us a photo/video showing the breakage or defect to speed up the process. We will not exchange undamaged items if the packaging or box has been damaged in transit.

It is your responsibility to test the products upon receipt. After 14 days, no product will be replaced or refunded.

Warranty

To benefit from the supplier's warranty on electronic tools, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Coifferie.com takes care of the exchange procedure during the first year of the warranty. After one year, you must deal directly with the manufacturer. If the limited warranty period has expired or if the item is not covered, Coifferie.com will not be able to do so.

Products purchased on the Coifferie.com online store can be exchanged only through the Coifferie.com company and are not accepted in any other business.

All exchanges are subject to validation and approval by Coifferie.com.

The warranty does not cover

  • When the device has been damaged by improper use
  • When the damage results from a fall, lack of maintenance or filter cleaning, or careless product use

You will be responsible for return shipping charges and risks for returned products (unless Coifferie.com did not deliver the products you ordered or delivered defective products, in which case Coifferie.com will assume shipping charges and risks). You will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product.

Responsibilities

At no time will Coifferie.com be liable for any damages you may suffer due to insufficient inventory.

Coifferie.com is not responsible for damages that may result from misuse of products or tools.

Coifferie.com cannot assume responsibility for a person who does not like the product purchased via the online store.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Coifferie.com and you with respect to the subject matter herein.
