3.5V Semi-Permanent Developer

HueSee's Semi-Permanent Developer is specially formulated for use with HueSee hair color to make it semi-permanent. It comes in a 3.5 volume solution, which does not lighten natural hair color; it simply deposits pigments. Because of its low peroxide content, it is gentler on the hair fiber and scalp than a higher volume developer. It allows for smooth application and optimal color saturation.

How to use it

Use with HueSee hair color to make it semi-permanent.

Mixing ratio 1:2

Mix 1 part colorant to 2 parts developer.

Processing time: 20 to 30 minutes.
