The use of certain professional products by unqualified persons could lead to unsatisfactory results. Registration

Via the home page, you can create a user account for the Coifferie.com website. Creating an account speeds up the ordering process. Price

The price for each product you order is the price that appears next to the product offered on the site. All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. Shipping costs

Shipping and handling are free on orders of $50 or more (after promotions and before taxes) within Canada. Shipping and handling charges are extra for orders under $50 and will appear on the screen before you complete your order. Some exceptions apply.

Due to the high shipping cost in certain provinces and remote areas, Coifferie.com reserves the right to apply additional shipping charges on orders of $50 or more served by Airline Omnibus post offices. In such cases, a customer service representative will call you to explain the additional charges and confirm that they are appropriate. Sales taxes

Control

Adding to an existing order

If you have placed and paid for your order and wish to add an item, our transaction system does not allow this. Since we have chosen an ultra-secure payment method with Authorize.Net (a Visa solution) to protect you, we do not have access to your banking information. We cannot add a product to an order that has already been completed.

Orders exposed to the cold

Were you not present when your parcel was delivered, and your products froze? If this happens, leave the products in the box at room temperature; they will thaw naturally and the ingredients will not be altered. Do not shake the bottles; handle them with care.

Payment

Only the following credit cards are accepted on the site: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Credit cards used on the site must be valid and genuine, and you must be authorized to use them. The billing address and the cardholder's address must be the same for payment verification purposes. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice and without any liability or obligation to you. We reserve the right to validate the credit card with any issuer in the event of suspected fraudulent use.

Promotional codes

Only one coupon code can be applied to an order. They cannot be applied to a previous order or combined with other offers. Promo codes are not applicable on sale or clearance items and apply to a minimum amount of $50 after the discount. Promo codes are not applicable to the following prestige brands: Actiiv, Air Light Pro, Dyson, Kérastase, Moroccanoil, Oribe and Steampod.

It is the customer's responsibility to add the promotional code before making payment and to verify that it has been applied. Coifferie.com reserves the right to terminate any promotional code at any time. Promo codes are only valid online at www.coifferie.com.

Product availability

Certain products may be out of stock. In such cases, a customer service agent will email you to inform you of the applicable delivery times. If your order contains a combination of available and out-of-stock products, we will deliver the entire order once all products have been put together.
