Welloxon Perfect Color Developer Cream

Wella Professionals' Welloxon Perfect developer creams are designed for use with Koleston Perfect, Illumina Color, and Blondor hair colors. They are available in various volumes to suit all formulas (6, 10, 20, 30, and 40 volume). Depending on their concentration, they are used to deposit color, cover gray hair, or lighten hair.

How to use it
